April Fools Day

~ April Food's Day ~

(for April Fool's Day )

What a wonderful day to resume to blogging
with laughter n gigs :) :) :)
It's April Fool's Day today! A day relished
by pranksters & dreaded by their victims .The
morning of one of the most light hearted days of
the year gave me a great excuse to tickle my family's
funny bones by deceiving their taste buds ....
At least for today all will believe in the saying
"What the eyes see, and the ears hear ...
is not always the truth !!!

How about starting the day with some Dessert ?????
Oh Oh I mean EGGS ....

This easy to make fun dessert will surely fill your house
with loudest laughters ........ The daddy daughter duo
laughter still echos in my mind ... what fun we had ......

White Vanilla Custard in empty egg shells with a scooped papaya
ball to resemble a soft boiled egg yolk .
(You can substitute custard with yogurt , thick cauliflower
soup, agar agar or any white stuff )
Recipe Vanilla Custard
Ingredients- 1 tbsp sugar, 1 cup milk, 1 tbsp cornflour,
few drops vanilla essence, 1/4 cup water.
Method- Dissolve cornflour in 1/4 cup water ,add vanilla
& keep aside. Boil milk in a sauce pan & add sugar once
it dissolves slowly mix in the dissolved cornflour . Stir
till the mixture thickens. Cool & use.

  13. Looks awesome!! *Dumb question* - Once you break open the egg shells and drain them, do you simply wash them out with water? And then put the vanilla custard in?

  19. Thanks for all the lovely comments ....

@Simran - broke the shell open n thoroughly drained it with luke warm water , kept it in sun for a couple of hours to make the eggy smell vanish.
If u still feel the eggy smell rinse a couple of times with water mixed with vinegar.
