8th March is celebrated as Womens' Day 

throughout the world to celebrate social, 
economic, cultural and  political achievements
 of  the women. It commemorates the 
movement for women's rights.  

Today morning was definitely a very special one , 

daughter presented me a beautiful card 

along with some gorgeously painted stones (to be 

used as paper weights )!! Some  great hair girls on
 the card became the inspiration for food art too !!! 

Spreading the colour of joy, cherishing and making 

every moment of life worth living for everybody 
around ..thats what life of a woman is all about !

Holi-some Food (for Child Magazine India) 

India is a land of colours , our lives revolve around 

it , each celebration reflects a million 
 in form  of food, decor, apparels etc. The  festival
 of holi or the festival of colours is a myriad example
 of it…...The joy of Holi is incomplete
 without aromatic eco friendly pigments and loads
 of treats!! Loved creating these cute treats for
